Piddinghoe Church is delighted to be hosting an exhibition as part of the Artwave Festival 2024. We are open on Saturdays and Sundays, September 7, 8, 14 and 15, between 10 am and 4 pm.
St John’s Church will be exhibiting the work of nine artists and makers: Geoffrey Aldred – Stone Carving; Gill Autie – Paintings and Papier-mâché; Ken Eardley – Ceramics; Ellie Ephgrave – Paintings; Karen Fielding – Flowers; Lucy Loveheart – Paintings and Illustrations; Helen Ott – Textiles, Isla Sitwell – Wood-turning and Sarah Vosmer – Ceramics.
Please visit and browse the local artists’ creations in our beautiful historic church between 10 am and 4 pm on both weekends.
The Artwave Festival has become a popular event in the local arts calendar, encouraging artists and makers of all ages, and at different stages of their careers to take part.
